Darryn fifth in the Italian GP on a sad day for the sport

After the sad news from today of the death of Jason Dupasquier, PETRONAS Sprinta Racing and their riders sent condolences to Jason Dupasquier’s team, family and friends at this difficult time.

The Moto3 race at Mugello saw both PETRONAS Sprinta Racing riders take turns in the lead and earn a large number of points. Darryn Binder ended the race fifth, while teammat John McPhee crossed the line ninth but moved up to seventh following penalties for other riders.

Darryn now moves into sixth in the world championship.
